Johnny Blaze is a successful motorcyclist who performs great stunts on his motorcycle and acts as a stunt double in dangerous motorcycle scenes. A terrible event that happened to him years ago turned his whole life upside down. Long ago, Johnny made a deal with the devil for the lives of his dying father and childhood sweetheart Roxanne. According to this agreement, whatever he does during the day, he has to be a Ghost Rider who does the devil's orders at night. Johnny searches for ways to escape this terrible fate that has become a part of his life. He will struggle to use his power to protect the innocent.
