Freaky Friday (1976)
Annabel, a typical high schooler, clashes relentlessly with her mother, Mrs. Andrews, each convinced the other's existence is effortlessly superior. Their simmering discontent boils over one ordinary Friday, culminating in a shared, fervent wish to experience life from the opposing perspective.
Through inexplicable enchantment, their desires materialize; Annabel awakens to find herself inhabiting her mother’s body, and vice versa. Thus begins their bizarre experiment in empathy, a chaotic immersion into the other's daily trials and tribulations. This is their own version of a Freaky Friday, a transformation neither could have predicted.
