Professor Philip Brainar (Robin Williams) is a scientist and thinker. Daily life is not very interesting. Described by others as absent-minded, the professor twice forgets the day he married his beloved fiancee, Sarah (Marcia Gay Harden). What makes him forget this important date is his discovery with the Weebo high-voltage flying robot. Professor Brainard is working on a new energy source. If he can discover this source, it will revolutionize the scientific world and save Medfield College, headed by his fiancée Sarah, from a financial crisis. Since everything is going well, the professor and Sarah decide on a third marriage. The day the professor made this decision while working in his laboratory, years of research finally came to fruition and he discovered a miraculous substance. This green substance looks like rubber but has the ability to neutralize gravity. The professor calls it "Flubber".
