Extremities (1986)

Cornered between survival and justice, a woman narrowly evades a brutal assault, but her misplaced purse becomes a chilling tether to her attacker. Dismissed by authorities due to lack of evidence, she finds herself alone, haunted by the looming threat of his return. When he invades her sanctuary, intent on violence, she retaliates, turning the tables to hold him captive. Now, she confronts an agonizing choice: entrust her fate to a flawed system that may fail her again, or embrace a dark path from which there is no return, deciding his life or death.
