Dragon Lord (1982)

Dragon and his irrepressible companion, Cowboy, fill their days with lighthearted mayhem, much to the elders' chagrin, punctuated by spirited courtship and fierce sporting rivalries. Their carefree existence shatters when Dragon uncovers a clandestine smuggling operation, threatening to spirit away invaluable national treasures.
