Officer Russell Stevens, a man navigating the complexities of race and justice, seeks entry into an elite anti-narcotics unit. Their target is a figure of immense power: the nephew of a Colombian foreign minister, the architect of Los Angeles' cocaine pipeline. Stevens embarks on a perilous journey, a descent into the underworld where he must shed his identity and ascend through the ranks. His objective is to infiltrate the inner circle, a world of danger and moral compromise, to reach the apex of the drug empire. The closer he gets, the more blurred the lines become.
