Set 70 years in the future, the movie takes place on a Halloween eve. Bebop bounty hunters are a team of intergalactic hunter Spike and his unlikely friends. His next job is to solve an attack on Mars and catch the terrorists who carried out the attack. Fearful public fears that Halloween will turn into even greater chaos. Setting out on the road, Spike and his team will be dragged into a fundamental confrontation with their past during this task, which they initially thought they could handle easily.
