Jay and Beth, a married couple, decided to celebrate Beth's one-year cancer remission by going on a camping trip. Little did they know that their joyous occasion would turn into a nightmare. In the wilderness, they encountered a deranged madman with a thirst for blood and a horrifying skin-stealing monster. Jay and Beth must now fight for their lives as they are caught in a deadly game of survival.
