Closing the Ring (2007)

Against the backdrop of the 1940s, youthful exuberance is cut short as war beckons, leaving Ethel Ann heartbroken when her beloved, Teddy, departs. Decades later, in present-day Belfast, Jimmy embarks on a poignant quest: to return a ring discovered amidst a plane crash's debris. His journey leads him to Michigan and an older Ethel Ann, who built a life with another after Teddy's wartime demise.
