Bull once worked for the ruthless mafia boss Norm, but Bull, who has been betrayed and paid a heavy price in the intervening time, has not been seen in the mafia community or in his own neighborhood for a full ten years. But when he receives the news that his son is missing, Bull quickly returns to his neighborhood and begins to use his old mafia connections as well.
