Against Darkness tells the story of a detective who tries to stop a gang planning to take control of the city. Ron Stallworth is an African-American police officer residing in Colorado. He works with his partner Flip Zimmerman. The duo make an effort to stop the Ku Klux Klan. Ron tries to sneak inside the gang to stop the gang's efforts to take over the city. Ron, who communicates with the group and acts like an extremely racist, finally achieves his goal. Starting to attend the group's meetings, Ron gets closer to the Klan's great leader. The young man not only successfully infiltrates the Ku Klux Klan, but also takes control of the local division. Meanwhile, impersonating Stallworth's partner, Zimmerman, uncovers details about a cruel conspiracy. So how will an African-American cop manage to hide his identity in a gang that defends white dominance?
