Barb Wire (1996)
In the dystopian landscape of a fascist United States, Barb Wire, a sultry nightclub proprietor, leads a double life as a formidable mercenary within the ostensibly free Steel Harbor. Her carefully constructed existence is upended when Cora Devonshire, a scientist entangled in a clandestine government scheme concerning biological weaponry, seeks refuge in Barb's club. The stakes escalate with the unexpected return of Axel Hood, Barb's former lover and now Cora's husband, who resurfaces as a hardened resistance fighter. Their reunion ignites a volatile chain of events, plunging them into a treacherous battle for survival.
