Three friends Chazz (Frazier), Rex (Buscemi) and Pip (Sandler) form a rock band called the Lone Rangers. Chazz always sneaks into the radio station, but they can't get their own song played and kick him out before he can. Chazz's latest fight with his girlfriend now makes this request from him even more serious. The three of them have toys because they were already in the same place. Then on the way back to the station, they fight when Rex pulls out one of the toy guns, people there think it's real. Chazz, Rex and Pip, radio DJ (Joe Mantegna) etc. He takes captive everyone who works there. After a while, the police of the group, which officially formed a fan base, are looking for ways to get them out without hurting anyone. But when one of the tapes is damaged, the trio asks the cops for another copy of the tape. A copy is in the possession of his girlfriend who dumped Chazz, but he had already thrown the tape on the road in anger. And Officer Wilson (Chris Farley) is trying to find him.
