Trapped on Boston's Tobin Memorial Bridge alongside his teenage sister, a war veteran grappling with PTSD finds himself at the mercy of a group of heavily armed ex-military revolutionaries. The chaos of the situation triggers memories of his time in combat, intensifying his struggle to keep himself and his sister safe.
