Aces Go Places (1982)

In the shadowed alleys of the city, a relentless police force closes in on a notorious burglar, their mission to finally bring him to justice. However, fate, or perhaps a desperate gamble, intervenes. Offered an unexpected chance at redemption, the burglar finds himself walking a tightrope.
