Warrior Strong focuses on professional basketball player Bilal Irving (Jordan Johnson-Hinds) as he returns to his small town of Dumont in Northern Ontario. He reconnects with his former coach and both of them attempt to set aside their egos and complicated pasts in order to mentor the town's only basketball team. Conflict arises as they strive to find common ground. Directed by Canadian writer/producer/filmmaker Shane Belcourt, known for his work on films such as Tkaronto and Red Rover, as well as various short films and the documentary Beautiful Scars of Tom Wilson.
